Custom & Personalized Orders

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for custom or personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. We encourage customers to carefully review sizes, colors, and design details before placing an order.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 541-827-5022 or by email 541subindesign@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
